Composer Commentary

"Bring Us Your Love at Christmas" is written for an adult choir and soprano solo. The solo part could be sung by an individual soloist or by a small group. I could see the solo being effectively sung by teenage sopranos along with the adult choir. My past experience as an organist and choir director at a Lutheran Church in Brooklyn, New York, inspired me to create this work.
