This delightful triptych of pieces is wonderfully suited to a festive liturgy or a concert setting. The Little Suite features a proclamatory prelude, a lyric offertory, and a brilliant postlude in the form of a toccata. Composed in 1985 by distinguished and celebrated American composer Emma Lou Diemer, this music is clearly made by a master of the instrument with a bright and visionary imagination.
