Augsburg Fortress

The composer writes that he firmly believes that the small church choir, often with few male singers, still has the right to be challenged with interesting music. Michael Rosewall, new to the catalog, fulfills this challenge with his setting of the familiar "Now Thank We All Our God." The dance-like rhythms and changing meters in this arrangement provide a light-hearted, youthful interpretation of the traditional hymn.
